Stupid ****ing game. Ruined my day
I don’t even know where to start. One dumb thing not mentioned was we had a possession in the last couple minutes where Mike was dribbling for like 20 seconds and there wasn’t really an action being run. Why does he even have the ball at this point? He has been struggling and we have Donovan.

Another one where Forrest decides to take an out of control AB style drive with Donovan and JC on the court. Trent’s defense was also hit garbage…

Anyone that thinks this team is a contender is a moron. I kind of hope we lose in the first round so we can’t justify our BS anymore. We had opportunities to improve our situation and chose to pass… made the most minor of minor tweaks… we hit some draft home runs they played it soooooooo safe and patient… well we ran out of runway and this plane headed into the mountain.

The five minute report should show we got thoroughly deep dicked by the refs. Donovan was clearly fouled on the layup attempt. I think House may have got walker on the elbow a little but our broadcast team showed dumb angles on replay.

Royce was definitely fouled but he also has to fight harder. Not every team concedes that ****. You might have to fight for it.
I was watching the spurs broadcast and got a great look at the "foul" by house. No contact. None up top. None down low.

Jazz need to experiment with Gobert as a pick n pop midrange player. He needs more shots and his FT shooting has gotten good enough where I believe in his ability to hit jumpers.
That little push shot bigs have developed would be good but Rudy is just kinda too awkward for any of the stuff we need.

Ya whiteside made one tonight and I thought, man if rudy could just do that even it would be nice. doesn't seem like too much to ask.

The call was almost certainly a reaction to the way Walkers legs clicked together. I don’t think they saw the phantom arm contact. Quin not challenging is a super boner there… then he doesn’t sub in Hassan… but great job ******* you saved the **** outta that time out.

He’s just awkward… I really don’t think he could do it. He doesn’t have great touch either.

The small things that cost you nothing drive me insane. People poopoo it because “lol it so small.” Things like not taking shots at the end of quarters, not using challenges, or not subbing in rebounders in the closing seconds of a game at the free throw line. It costs little, if anything, to do any or all of these. 0.2 seconds on the clock? Okay, maybe that’s more understandable. But how many times have we dribbled out the clock with 1.5 seconds or more on it? In order to win or tie, you need… need an offensive rebound off a missed free throw. How on earth do you justify not maximizing that opportunity with what you’ve got? How? Is it because you don’t want to look that desperate, having two 7 footers on the floor? Is there some unwritten etiquette of coaching basketball that prohibits you from doing so? Too often we don’t look to maximize possessions or opportunities, and often it costs absolutely nothing to do so. It’s been a consistent theme. It was great that we subbed Whiteside in the next time when it was way too late. I mean hell… why wouldn’t you sub in BOTH Whiteside and Gay? This is just stupid. And I think guys get in that situation and think “nah, that’s something a 5th grader would do in 2k… I’m a ****ing NBA head coach and we don’t do that ****.”

Live at the game it looked like an obvious foul but they werent showing replays
There was no contact down low but the Jazz broadcast showed terrible angles up top. Walker feet actually hit together in a weird way and I honestly thought that’s what they saw. It looked like a foul in real time though.

Live it looked like he hit his elbow and I had a really good angle at it. Houses reaction was like he hit it too

I hate to tell you guys I told you so... but I remember getting a lot of crap on here for pointing out the Jazz issues after nearly blowing the Suns game 2 weeks ago... they are the same issues that popped up tonight, and they are not going away.

This team has a shot to make it to the WCF, but literally falls apart in clutch situations.

Murray’s three at the end of the first or half… 3 missed offensive rebounds on free throws that turned into 5 points… not challenging the three point foul… that’s an 8-11 potential swing tonight.

I’ve been very much in the corner of blaming the players more than Quin but tonight was an absolute coaching **** show. I’m cool with moving on from Quin.

Jazz are just in a bad place right now. Overly repaint on Mitchell with Mike struggling and Bogey out. Last year Clarkson and Ingles were so reliable. This year the Jazz don't have that. Mitchell and Gobert have to be on their A game every night.

House would have been calling for a challenge if he actually thought he didn't foul him. His body language was "I ****ed up"

Let's just say each challenge is worth around 0.3 points. more often than not the call is upheld, and even if the call is overturned, there may not be much gained. if you can get a foul on a three point try overturned, that's worth at least 2 points!

Instead of getting his 0.3 points, Snyder just takes the zero game after game after game, LOL.
