Athletes are among the worst people to go to for political advice because they live in a fairy tale lifestyle that gives them very little real life experience. I would say the same to a somewhat lesser degree about front office people. They both/all work so hard on the athletic side of their overpriced salaries that they can't focus on issues outside of athletics. Funny thing is that they influence things because of their salaries, obviously from what the list shows.

I find the racial element interesting nonetheless. I find it particularly interesting that Bryan Doo was the only non-Caucasian to donate to Romney on the list. While Obama's donors were far more diverse ethnically speaking. Also ownership by and large donated to Romney as was referenced here.
