Official Announcement! Gameface Poker Resurrection -- Saturday Apr. 23rd @7pm

Okay, so here's my current Jazzfanz list.

Jason
Siro
BabyPeterzz
BigB +1 (maybe)
Bronco70
tfivas
Broncster
Jamezz
Troutbum +1
DEVGCHR

If you're on the list I'm expecting you this Saturday before 7pm (please arrive around 6:45 if possible). I will email you my address and contact info soon.

There are currently 21-22 people who've indicated they will play. If there are enough people for three tables at the game we'll go three tables.

So if you are interested but haven't reserved a seat yet it's not too late. If you're already coming and want to bring someone you still can.

However, if at 7:15 there are 20 people or fewer who are present or who have let me know they will be late we will only be playing on two tables and late arrivals, who did not let me know they would be late, will not have a guaranteed seat.

Reminder about the OPTIONAL Bounty and High Hand of the Night

Each will have a buy-in of $10. So if you want in on everything the grand total will be $40

Bounty Rules:
All players who participate in the bounty will receive a bounty chip that they must keep on the table so that other bounty participants can see it. If one bounty participant eliminates another bounty participant from the tournament the eliminated player must give their bounty chip to the other player. If a bounty participant has collected bounty chips from other players they keep all of those chips even if eliminated by another bounty participant, they only have to forfeit their original chip. If a non-bounty participant eliminates a bounty participant they do not get the bounty chip. The bounty participant can then turn in their chip for $10. A bounty participant can turn in any chips they've collected for $10 each after they have been eliminated from the tournament or after the tournament has ended.

High Hand of the NIght:
All players who are participating in the High Hand of the NIght will inform the tournament director if they have the current highest hand of the night. It is the players responsibility to make sure their high hand is recorded. After the tournament is over the player with the highest recorded hand will get all the money paid into the High Hand of the Night pool.

Not participating in the Bounty or High Hand of the Night has NO impact on a players chances in the tournament, nor does it affect the tournament payouts. Participation is completely optional.

I sent out PMs to everyone with my address and contact info. If you didn't get a PM and you should have please let me know.

I forgot to mention in the PM that it helps speed things up if you give me the name you want to go by at the tournament. I enter as much as I can into the tournament software before the game but I can update the info when you get here if the name I use is different than the name you want me to use.

I have enough chairs for two tables. If we go to three tables it would be really awesome if a few people volunteered to bring a couple extra chairs with them. The third table will close first so you should be able to get you chairs back before you go even if you're out early.

And if we do go to three tables we'll need a third dealer. BigB (many thanks) has offered to deal on table two. I'll ask for volunteers at the game. Unfortunately if we do not have dealers at each table we cannot have dealers at any table, but if that means that at three tables there is not a designated dealer we will go to designated dealers once we go to two tables.

my current player count is a hard 20 and two maybes

Dude, if you're only sitting at like 21 or 22 solid confirmations, let's squeeze into two tables rather than you go through the work of getting the third table set up.

My wife said she wants to come with but doesn't want to play. If she comes ill probably not play either so she doesnt have to wait for me. Ill figure that out today for sure and let you know since its getting close and numbers are going to matter.

Got your PM, don't want to get back into it but as of right now I'm still a go and if that changes I'll let you know... thanks for the time you're putting into this.

Okay. My wife is planning to play but sit out if we're on the bubble between 2 or 3 tables, if that changes anything for you.
And she's more than welcome to play.

Don't sweat it, man. I'll make sure you aren't in the game for very long.

Two full tables is pretty much perfect but there are a couple people I still wanted to invite and if we have several late cancellations it'll be nice to have a few extra to still keep two full tables. If it ends up being three tables that's cool too, not a big deal, I just don't want a bunch of empty seats and us starting six handed waiting for people who aren't going to show up.

Just play. More monies for me to take. Besides, TroutBum is usually the first one out and he can take over your stack. It's the usual occurrence for him.

I hope I never let anyone take over someone else's stack in a tournament. If I did I was wrong.

90% chance of rain on Saturday. Perfect poker weather.
