Sad face
Why is that?
O State, Arizona, and Colorado? All very winnable games.
UCLA is not a gimme (none of them are) but I still like our chances. We play them at home, and they are vulnerable to physical defenses.
Your heart is reading way too much into this game. You want to write Utah off, but the division is still theirs to lose.
I'm betting they take a lot away from this loss.
Go to whiskey. It will do the trickHow many beers does it take to forget a loss like this? This is new territory for me.
Beat me to it.Better head out and get a bottle of whiskey
edit; don't drive
This. But it mostly on Wilson14 rushes for Booker is unacceptable and goes against everything we've done this point. so i agree this loss isn't solely on wilson
TltoodrunkThis is what I was trying to say but am a bit emotional during games, Wilson is to blame for deciding to throw the ball but I feel like they thought they were being aggressive by calling pass plays but those routes/calls were conservative short routes, which the U normally calls anyway but normally they're running the ball more.
IMO they should keep running it as Booker is the best player but they need to mix in the QB run and a few different type of option plays to mix up the run plays and use Booker as a decoy as a change of pace as well as play action pass more, but who knows maybe they do not have the personal to do that successfully (like different screens plays) and that's why they don't/can't run them.
At any rate, not unexpected other then how they lost as USC is just way to talented to lose 3 games in a row and I am still happy and optimistic for the season overall. Winning the PAC12 South is and would be a HUGE accomplishment but I want the players to stew in this for the night and maybe tomorrow so they remember how this feels and not let it happen again. I still think they are right around a top 10 team overall and will need to improve to be a playoff contention team and so again overall that is a VERY good season and while the playoffs would be great that doesn't mean it is not a successful season if they don't get in and that's what's great about being in the PAC12 even with 1 loss they can still get into the playoffs but the way the played today they would get creamed by Stanford. Luckily that game wouldn't happen for another month and a half so plenty of time to improve and grow.
LololololI'm very pissed at one particular gorgeous Asian girl, and I don't even know who she is. Neither does Duck.
Aside from Brady and Gronk, the same could be said about the Patriots. Not necessarily more talented but a better team. And it earned them a Championship.
Wilson is the #1 QB right now.
Go **** your poster of Dak.
Get lost.
How is it possible that the Utes still haven't found a replacement for Brian Johnson?
How do you out recruit BYU at ever position but the most important one?
Could you imagine how good you'd be if you had Taysom's freshmen backup? It's sad when BYU's 2nd string QB is 100x better than your 4th year starting senior.
What's the solution? Fire Roddick's and hire yet another OC?
It wasn't just Wilson. Utah called a bad game offensively. They abandoned what had gotten them here from the get go and then there was no going back. Defensively the early pressure was a good call. They could have deflated USC if they would have stuck to their offensive schemes. Everybody was trying to strut their stuff and show off, that is not what I expected. Tonight is on KW, first and foremost.
Welcome back to reality.
Sure, but It's weird to negate your best weapon(Booker) while simultaneously showing off your QB's greatest weakness. The coaching staff deserves a lot of the blame. They too get hyper analyzed. That's just how it is.
