Damn, I was just thinking of asking that. Vis-a-vis how people who don't watch games know when and how players are being player or how well they're playing together.

My favourite soccer team play in the Scottish 4th division. They have the smallest payroll in a league without a salary cap(half the size of the second smallest!), they get an average of about 300 people watching them at home, they lost their stadium in what was almost a Ponzi scheme and have to rent one from their biggest rivals, they have finished last in their division 9 out of the last 10 seasons, including a season where they broke the worldwide professional soccer record for most consecutive losses.

I must be ****ing crazy to have fun supporting them, eh? And not just supporting them, buying a financial stake in them.
 
I'm encouraged by Kanter's recent progress. Having a left hand and some confidence means everything for him.

Alright, that's weird and cool. You can't convince me you'd watch a professional team of monkeys just because of a name on a jersey. Because, I mean, that might make you clinically nuts.

I wouldn't watch it JUST because of a name on the jersey. I'd also have a favourite monkey, and I would barrage this board with threads about how the coach isn't using him right, how he needs to be played in his natural position, and how his high-fiber diet is making him lethargic and more prone to randomly crapping himself while on the breakaway.
 
We can argue here until the cows come home, but some people are just looking for reasons to be angry and disappointed. Everything that happened the last 6 months has been pretty much exactly what the majority(well, or the loud minority, at least) of us wanted. Millsap gone, Al gone, Carroll gone, Foye gone, Mo gone, Jamaal gone(like in any good horror, he came briefly back to life in a final attempt to kill the white protagonists, but had a stake driven to his heart quickly). Most of these were simply allowed to leave, but the Jazz actually flipped one of them for expiring contracts and a first round pick. And he's not worth peanuts, realistically. then The Jazz drafted Burke and I think half the board collectively orgasmed. Then the young players were all given serious minutes, with only one of the three players obtained from GSW actually playing any minutes. Coincidentally, that's also the one player who can ball out of the three, and the one player filling a gaping need.

But no, **** all that. The FO sucks, because they're refusing to screw around with the team in order to have the worst record in the league. Never mind that you'd have to put together a team of D-Leaguers to do worse than the bucks. Apparently one (alleged) negative outweighs a dozen positives. The whole season's been ruined.

And the best part is that 3 months ago, most of these butt hurt, sad losers weren't shouting for the tank at all. Look at the poll we did right before the season started.

There are 7 people on this board who can say that they expected us to have one of the worst records in the league all long, and can legitimately say they're disappointed we're ruining that. All the rest of you should shut the **** up.

Hotttnickkk should go back to his previous avatar. Or find a new Gordon Hayward avatar that is cooler and represents the new kid that has some experience under his belt.
 
The only way I can come to terms with these wins is getting rid of RJ, and maybe Marvin. Lets get Gobert back here, and get him minutes. Play Burks a little more.
