I'd be willing to bet a fortune there will be no German troops on foreign soil in an "aggressive" capacity.
Not every nation has to put troops on the ground. Having Germany as part of the coalition and providing ammo, intel and medical supplies helps. It shows a unified front. Same goes for Israel. I don't think them sending in armies is realistic or helpful.
Most of the troops on the ground should be ME armies. Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
France, Russia, America, Australia, Belgium, Britain... providing dramatic increase in airstrikes, financial and materiel support to the ground armies.
Canada, Germany, Israel, other EU nations (Italy and Spain for example) can provide medical support, intel and materiel (bullets, body armor...)
