I honestly am shocked that anyone would simply just make a call to the AD and not the the local authorities. All Paterno had to do was say, "If this is not taken care of, I'm gone and will have nothing to do with this program." Instead it seemed to be, he didn't want his friend to get in trouble. I also find it sick how Curly and Schwartz testified and said, "We were never told it was sexual in nature." One of the stupidest things I have ever heard in my life. A 50 year old man showering alone with a boy when no one is around whether something happened or not is completely inappropriate and the authorities should have been called.
 
It's sad that people knew about all this and years went by and not one person thought, "Hmm....Sandusky hasn't been arrested? Oh well!" All they basically did was say, "You can't come around here anymore." Almost as if they were saying, "We don't really care what you're doing, as long as you're not doing it anymore on school grounds."

This seems to be the theme that is now haunting Penn St. and Joe Pa....

Cool. So you took away his keys so he couldn't use the showers to rape kids anymore. Cool. Nice work university.... So if a serial killer committed a murder on your campus, all you'd do then is take away his murder weapon? Really? Nothing else? You wouldn't even report it to the campus police?

Since when is rape, child abuse, murder, or any other serious crime excused as long as it isn't on school grounds? A crime was committed, and the university showed complete disinterest in ever trying to bring the one responsible to justice.

Not doing it on school grounds? Even after his resignation or whatever they termed it, he still had access to basically everything on campus. Still had a parking spot. Still had keys to certain facilities. The list goes on and on.
 
I just read the transcript in full and I am completely disgusted. I wish there was castration for this evil pedophile.
 
What would motivate someone to do something like this? Anyone with a degree in Human Psychology know? Or a background maybe in social work?

Was he bigtime into porn and just got bored with the normal stuff? Was he reading up on Caligula and thought, "gee, this stuff sounds cool?"

Marissa Miller or Penelope Cruz in a shower is hot. Not little kids.
 
I've come to realize that this McQuiry guy had to have seen or ran into Sandusky after all of this happened. The guy still had keys for a while right? Even after most likely seeing this POS multiple times and realizing nothing was done, how could He have not said anything to the cops?

I'm sure if he knew the young boy, he would have done more. Never followed up with what he was told and from what we know, never confronted Sandusky. If he does more, some of those other boys don't become victims. Time to clean house.
 
Ok. I jumped to the conclusion you were stating you'd be out there with those "protestors". It would have been cool to watch, from a third story window.
 
So all of Penn State supports Pedo enablers? Does that make all Penn St. students pedo enablers enablers?
 
From his comments, JP pretty much did what was in the best interest of the University at the time. Which was doing nearly nothing about and just trying to get it out of the University. Now that the incident is haunting the University he is upset he didn't do more earlier. He isn't upset because kids got raped, just because his beloved University is getting what it deserves.
 
I'm sure if one of those boys were say a little brother or cousin or nephew to these students, they wouldn't have even bothered to go out there. Idiots.
