The Official "Ask A Woman" Thread

There is no way out then. Endless bitching. Saying they are indecisive backfires immediately.

Another question: Splitting the bill? I hate to ask if we should split. Is there a way to do it without being awkward?

Definitely. Always treat a woman .. always. If they have a problem with chivalry, they're out, in my book.

I love a confident and self-assured woman. But I hate a feminazi that abandons all tradition of good gentlemanly chivalry.
Women want to be loved and men respected.. can't take away from us the feeling of being protector.. please.

Please provide pics with answer.

I also hate the feminazi and I treat a woman on the first date and I do from time to time but I would never treat a woman on every date. I would like to treat a woman out of goodwill but if I am expected to treat her every time, that is definitely a turn-off. Chivalry is good and all but I don't like idea of being the protector, not that I wouldn't try to help a damsel in distress though.

Nothing wrong with that.. but its my own rule. If I enjoy a woman's company enough to invite her out, I pay. If she's borderline.. I don't go.

Every single time I take a girl out, I pay. Whether it's a first date or the 47th, I'm paying. I don't care if she tells me not to, because I don't have a problem with paying for her. That's just the way I was taught, and quite frankly, it seems to work out pretty well.

Good on ya.

Intwesting. I'll admit, I try to pay for most of my dates-- but consequently, I don't go out too much as a result. With volunteering, and school, I have to save funds from my part-time job for things like phone bills, gas for my car, and food. Doesn't really leave much pocket-cash for nice dates unless were talking Chick Fil-A

Some of us got dat steady cash flow, yo.

I'm afraid so. And I can't work during summers, as I'm prepping for the MCAT on the third of August, and next summer I have a voluntary-project at a cancer-research lab that I'll be pumping >40hours a week in.

*tears*

I have a paid internship this summer. $15 bucks an hour, plus overtime. And I'll probly be working ~60 hours a week. Gonna make bank.

I would think a Jack Black type serenade would be AWESOME.. as long as it self-depricating and funny as all hell. I woukd think a srs serenade while newly dating would be awkward and creepy. Yikes.

(Though very romantic, maybe, if already married)

True I tried this and I crashed and burned.... Hollywood is full if jit!!

How come whenever I go on dates and ask really intelligent 'get to know you' questions like, "How 'bout them Jazz?"....women look at me like I'm an idiot?

Dude, it's because you're Asian. (see the whole "Size Matters" section of this thread)
