Mo Williams, former #1 overall draft pick (basically) eliminated in ROUND 10.

Players eliminated so far:

ROUND 1) Roger Braille

ROUND 2) Earl Watson

ROUND 3) Kevin Murphy

ROUND 4) DeMarre Carroll

ROUND 5) Jamaal Tinsley

ROUND 6) Jeremy Evans

ROUND 7) Randy Foye

ROUND 8) Al Jefferson

ROUND 9) Marvin Williams

ROUND 10) Mo Williams

Here it is jazzfanz, the return of Utah Jazz Survivor.

The game is pretty simple. Each round you will vote one player off the team. This will help determine who jazzfanz considers to be the Jazz' best assets.

Things to consider:

Length and terms of contract, player's potential, player's trade value.

For example, Big Al might be a better NBA player than Enes Kanter at this moment, but who is more valuable to the Jazz as an asset?

Not an easy choice, but I voted for Kanter. Millsap's been great and the other three young guys have shown more of their potential so far.

Crap, I voted Burks but want to change my vote to Kanter. Oh well.

Millsap? UGLI, come on, man. Millsap is ready! I think you missed the thread.

Yeah, I am predicting Kanter, Burks, Millsap, Hayward and Favors in that order.

Jefferson should have been voted off at 10.

Foye
Mo
Marvin
Jefferson
Kanter (assuming he shows us something this year)
Burks
Hayward
Millsap
Favors

Of the 5 left, Kanter and Burks have shown the least. Millsap and Favors could start at the 4/5, with Hayward and Burks at the wings. Sorry, Enes.

Oh.

I read in DesNews he wasn't ready. Kind of shines a new light on things.

Damn, so he isn't ready? That does change things a bit. Has Orangello's buddy weighed in on this?

Now it gets a bit tougher, but still an easy choice this round for me. Only one player on this list really hasn't done anything in his NBA career yet and that's Enes. We still don't know how his game will develop and if it will ever work at this level.

Since everyone hates Al, and apparently would rather keep Millsap than Kanter, I guess that means everyone wants to pay Millsap $12 mill + starting next year?

Tell me about what Burks has done in his NBA career.

Amen.

wtf people? Kanter is locked up on a rookie deal, it's his 2nd year in the NBA, and was the #3 overall pick. He's what? 19, 20? He's definetely a more valuable asset than Millsap, who I'm 99.9% sure will be overpaid next year.
