What is Exum's value?

Okay, I want to retitle this thread to *PLEASE MAKE A TRADE FOR FISH AND LTJAZZMAN OR WHATEVER HIS NAME IS*

I'm pulling for you guys.

Exum and OKC first for Teague, Burke, Burks, and a few firsts for Gallinari. Let's Roll!

So at least three first round picks, Exum, Burke and Burks for Gallinari? Cool trade bro.

I am guessing this one worked out well for you in your NBA 2k15 game. Did you win a championship for 10 straight years?

You are insane! Exum is already an Elite defender, made us special defensively, is the only guy in the league I can think of that has a chance at guarding curry, and still very young and can get better on D. Teague is not the answer.

Teague IS the answer for an ideal "bridge" PG - i.e. this year and next as Exum regains his skills and conditioning. But no way do you include Exum or Hood in a deal to acquire Teague, Hill or any other PG who may be in the market.

6'6 PG that's played one year and has natural defensive abilities and some Jazz fans want to trade him? Oh and he's only 20?

Exum's value is higher to us than it is to anybody else. Moving him at this stage would be idiotic.

Exums worth ....Jazz were W 19 & L 10 when he started and the Jazz held opponents to a measly 89 ppg. But Jazz fanz here value offense over defense. They were disappointed that Exum focused on defense 1st over his offensive game.Chastising him for not throwing his 19 year old body into the middle of the defense and taking his lumps. There are guys here though that see if he can excel at 19 yrs old guarding the best PG's in the world(not done by very many PG's before him in the NBA) that his offense will come next as he strengthens his body now that he knows what to expect.
Jazz front office and coaches seem to have seen as they plan all their moves with his position on hold til he comes back healthy for the 2016/2017 season.
Coach Snyder will undoubtedly expect the Jazz to be that great defense that he had playing for him when Exum was healthy while having a much better offense than when they went W 19 and L 10.

Most NBA fans and especially guys like Frank. Don't care what they do on the defensive end of the floor. It's all about the buckets. Defense is irrelevant to them, because it doesn't look good. Exum has little to no value right now to anybody but the Jazz. He's going nowhere, and they are betting their future on him. I for one will be annoyed if they get any veteran 3rd tier PG like Teague or Hill especially if it costs any of Hood, Favors, Hayward, Exum, or Gobert. Any guy coming in short of a super star PG, which isn't happening, needs to understand he's a placeholder and eventual backup. Since that is hard to sell, I have no interest in acquiring a PG for this team right now.

Teague is not good enough. I'd do it for someone like Irving or Lowry.

D cant wait to get back on the court with the Jazz. He likes the quality of teammates he has. Says nothing but great things about the people. Talked to him the other night when I was at his Pops place he called. You guys are going to the Championship when he returns with a lineup of D, Hayward, Hood, Favors, Gobert. Who has a better starting 5 in the nba mates? I say nobody!

Why do you assume that fans set player value?

Do you also conclude that Gobert has little value?
