2 years or 3 years.... If he demands out, NY will trade him. They would be stupid to keep him. They get more value now than if they wait.

Crazy stuff always happens, so some player we aren't even aware of may become available.
Players I'd go for would be Dragic, Jimmy Butler, Paul George, Obrey, Ibaka, Gallanari, Reddick, Simmons.
Quite a few guys would honestly fit in the Jazz system and that would probably be enticing to a ton of guy who in the past wouldn't have ever considered Utah.

My short list

Millsap - if we traded Favors, we could probably get him and keep Hill. He fits nicely next to Gobert for 3 years.

Jonathon Simmons - heart, defense and attack mentality

JJ Reddick if we lose Ingles.

Calderon if we go all in on Exum

so can we, thats why i asked for realistic players, and threw his name out.

ofcourse we cant offer lillard griffin or paul george type a playe.

but we can offer multiple first round picks and a few young players. lyles showed promise then sucked and dissapeared, neto, exum, hood. or even risky injjured players who might turn it around like burks and favors!

thats why i deem it realistic

NYK might do this only if Jazz absorbs Noah's plus maybe Courtney Lee's contract AND their choice of who to get from the Jazz.
Plus cash.
And draft picks.
 
If The Jazz resign Hayward and don't resign Hill then they have to shave salary to pick up anyone worth a dame - that means at the very least Burks and Diaw will need to be dumped.

Best case scenario is they resign both of them, drop Diaw's option, replace Mack and Withey with rookie deals and then hope to pick up a decent mid-level player:

Mike Muscala
Taj Gibson
