Republicans would have been going bananas for political reasons, just like I'm sure Dem's will be in this case. I don't see it as the national security crisis that you do. I think you are elevating it to that level primarily because you hate him politically.

Here are my facts:
Biden is a bumbling fool. I wish Trump had the ability to handle himself with more class.

I think you probably understand what catchall meant a lot more clearly than you're letting on.
 
Im only going to say one more thing in this thread for now as this is too exhausting and also a waste of time.

I never voted for anyone in any political election before the most recent presidential election. (since voting on the presidential election is a complete waste of time for someone living in utah due to the electoral college. My vote is going republican no matter how i vote)
However there have presidents that I have liked. One of them being Obama. I respected him and thought he represented our country with class and dignity.
Now lets say that there was an investigation into his collusion with another country messing with our election. Lets say he had an affair with a porn star. Lets say he obstructed justice. Because i respect and like obama i could certainly see myself looking the other way on things. And defending him. And poking hole in any accusation against him.

Now, I reluctantly voted for Hillary in the past election because #NeverTrump. However if her presidency had gone like trumps with all the controversy and all the issues then i definitely would be one of the vocal criticizers of her. I wouldn't defend her or look the other way.

Yet so many people who supposedly voted for trump due to lesser of two evils will always come to his defense, attack those who criticize him and look to poke holes into anything bad said about him. Why? If you thought he was evil when you voted for him then why be so against condemning him now? For this one time in history why not join up with the democrats and try to get the guy out. Or at least not vote for him again next time.
Then once he is gone, go back to hating the democrats again.

Knowledge about the collusion with Russia? What is your source for this claim? The media who has been claiming that Mueller was on the verge of proving it for two years, only to finally receive his report and learn the opposite?

Trump said that he thought the Alabama law went to far. He never said anything that I'm aware of suggesting that unborn babies should be aborted.

It's pretty clear that people were fed up with the political system and voted for Trump because they saw him as an outsider who was committed to getting things done. That's what I believe Catchall said. You extrapolated quite a bit from there.

Why didn't he just say people were fed up with the political system wanted to vote for an outsider who would get things done then?

I saw him say people voted for Trump due to the pettiness and media bias of the left. So I figured that's what he meant since that what he said.

And I'm extrapolating? Ok

The people who elected Trump did so to repudiate a number of things that had happened under the Obama, including nationalized healthcare, loose immigration policies, the Supreme Court that was becoming ever more liberal, and Hillary herself, who was seen as a disingenuous and cynical candidate with no clear message other than "I'm with her." It didn't help that the Clinton Foundation had a reputation for being terribly corrupt. It was a perfect storm that got Trump elected, and it wouldn't have happened if he didn't have support from independents, blacks, a number of women, and more hispanics than you might think.

Hey Fish, please point out where Catchall said what you claim he did using his actual post. I will be interested to see if you can do it without extrapolating.
