Well, I never said soccer sucks. I don't think it sucks. It's not my favorite sport and it will never be, but I don't mind casually following it. With that being said, it's game when it comes to making fun of it and those who play it.

I can't believe Spain lost. I just can't believe it. This is one of the weirdest World Cups ever. Stupid jubulani ball.
 
Argentina is just sticking it to South Korea...4-1 and almost made it 5-1 at the end.

Do you think it's really the ball? I know it was targeted before the Cup started, but maybe there's some truth to that claim.


I think that loss will get Spain's head on right, though. They are the favorites for a good reason, just don't seem to have the chemistry from previous years.

srsly a good game though huh? down 2-1 Korea was legitmately threatening to equalize it, and then BAM! Lionel Messi happened. the game was closer than the score indicated IMO
 
Yeah, that's the Messi effect. He's finally playing like he's in a Barca jersey again.
 
This has got to be the strangest World Cup on record. Don't get me wrong I really like that it's a lot more competitive and I'm proud of our CONCACAF brothers from Mexico taking out the stupid pacifists from France but golly. Switzerland over Spain? Mexico over France? Ghana over Serbia? And that's without talking about all the draws that shouldn't have been draws. I will be getting up early tomorrow to watch the 6:30 Germany match and then the US at 9:00. Should be a fun morning!

EDIT: I am in Central Time Zone so for you Utah people it is at 5:30 for Germany and 8:00 for the US
 
Wow. I'll take the point after that start, but it should have been three. Horrible officiating to say the least...

Hopefully you actually watched the match, because if you did, you wouldn't be as likely to say that. Because it was incredible...believe it or not draws can be exciting.

what the hell is wrong with tthis picture

rape, child sodliers crime in africa is bad but they decide to crack down on apparell at a fifa game. not to mention aids but yet they be arretsing two women. spending money on those women
