Following 2016 potential draftees

PKM is somewhere laughing his *** off.

Yes. This week we have stolen a 5star recruit from Duke and UL is going to burn to the ground. Doesn't get better.

Well, the fact the escorts look like carps with boobs adds to the fun.

Pascual just played Vezenkov 23 minutes in the Spanish supercup game. Seems like he might trust him more than he trusted Hezonja last year, which is weird considering his defensive deficiencies. He finished with 8 pts(3/6 FG, 1/3 3pFG, 1/2FT), 4rbs, 1ast, 1stl.

Do ya think he's still on the Jazz radar with Trey Lyles here? 1st rd of course. He's obviously a stash target in the 2nd.

From what I hear Vezenkov plans to play at least 2 years in Barcelona, so he would indeed be a stash player(that's if he even declares next year). He's more a personal favorite of mine, rather than me having any info of the Jazz having serious interest in him. About his fit with the Jazz... yah, if Lyles can hit 3s, Vezenkov won't be needed, but if he can't, he looks like a really nice shooting big to keep an eye on for the future(especially with us having a ton of second round picks in the next several years). His D is pretty bad though.

Shocking news that Skal has not been cleared to play yet. Everything seemed so on the up and up. PKM---any concern he may not get cleared in time for the season? I am going to go hop in my car and ask his guardian what's up?

He's fine. It's just some with an agenda trying to draw attention away from other events. UK has no concerns.

Calipari's mktg genius on display again.

Tonight is UK's "Pro Day."
Two hour show on ESPNU.
Every NBA team will be in attendance to watch UK's players in one of their first practices of the season.

5-7pm ESPNU

Just a head's up that the scrimmaging begins at 6:10 and lasts for the remainder of the show.

(All times I have mentioned are MST)

This is a more personal look at Providence pg Kris Dunn.
Why Kris Dunn passed on the NBA:

""I know I could've had a good chance at being a lottery pick, but I didn't know the game as well. I'm going to be going to the NBA, 21 years old, and really only played one year of college basketball. I have to not only work on my game, but off the court I've got to work on my maturity. For instance, say if I get picked to the Clippers right now. I'm talking to a dude like Paul Pierce? He don't want to hear jokes. He's got a family. He wants to worry about staying healthy. I want to learn how to be a professional. It's almost strictly business there. I felt I needed to be a college player and a college person for one more year. Friends and family and fans, they only see the good on the court. I know, personally, the things I have to work on. I felt I need another year to develop those skills. I don't want to go to the NBA and not be ready. There's a lot of guys who go there, and their skills aren't developed. Some players don't like to admit it, but I can see my flaws."

I would have been thrilled if the Jazz got Kris Dunn in the last draft, even more so now with Exum getting hurt. He does some things that remind me of a young DWade.

It's going to be run and gun with his team this year. Lot of good shooters, he'll be fun to watch for sure.

For those who pay attention to the Euroleague. www.euroleague.net has a fantasy basketball game with prizes going to the winners. I am also in a private league through a forum for intl hoops. This is your chance to put Fesenko on your team.
