You gotta always be grateful to Johnson for what he did in the playoffs, so no hating on him. Hood sucks extremely bad on the other hand.

it's possible to recognise and be thankful for what JJ did for us his first year and also that he sucked so bad last year
I think it's insane to say that Hood sucks. He did ok for the Jazz and would got better. He went to Cleveland and didn't show who he was because Cleveland didn't have a system under coach Lue. He's not even in the conversation of an average coach. Of course he didn't excel. Give him the right system and he'll add value. Coach Lue is where talent goes to die.
I think if Hood stayed with us and put up the same numbers he would get around 10-12.
no 10-12 potty breaks per game10-12 bricks in a row ?
Man did he cost himself a lot of money. I'm sure refusing to check into the one game did not do him any favors at all. Oh well, shows what happens when you want to leave Utah, though by the end I was glad he left.
.So Hood took the Cavs' one-year deal with the full intention of earning a much more lucrative contract from them next summer when he'll be an unrestricted free agent.
"I believe strongly in myself that after this year I'll be able to make Cleveland my home and we'll get a better deal next summer," Hood told cleveland.com Monday in a wide-ranging interview.
Best of luck. We'll see.Hood understands the basketball opportunity he has in front of him -- there's money to be made by anyone who can help fill the 28 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists LeBron took with him to the Lakers.
Hood said he wasn't "comfortable" with what the Cavs were offering, and he correctly noted the NBA's salary cap is expected to rise from $101 million this season to $109 million next -- so there will be more teams with more money to offer him next year.
But to hear him tell it, he wants the Cavs to be the team cutting his checks.
"My twins were born here," he said. "I like the community, even though I haven't been out there a lot. I want to make this a home. It's just didn't happen this summer. That's how I look at it."

Cleveland? Have you been to Cleveland? Not exactly where I'd want to make my home, especially if you are an NBA player and have enough money to live anywhere.

very true. Also Cleveland a city that you have 2 homes. One in Cleveland and one anywhere else during the offseason. In order to be an nba player and make the money, you have to play for an NBA team, in which Cleveland is one.
