I don't think the owners care to your point just like I don't think people are "upset." It's more of an eye roll and making something a bigger issue than it is.

I think more people were "upset" an owner was called, well, an owner tbh.

This change doesn't hurt anyone. All I see are a bunch of whiney white people complaining that some people were offended by a term. If you are upset by this change you need to grow up and re-prioritise what should and shouldn't offend you

Let me get this straight. Every time someone feels offended, we should appease those who were offended and change?

Violence in movies offends me. Sex. Cursing. I want that no longer in my society. Ditto gratuitous language in rap songs. That needs to end now. What else offends me? I demand change!

I can't wait to see what is going to be the next stupid thing to be offensive tomorrow. Maybe we'll start calling farts illegal. At least that's something that really can be offensive.

Lol. No one is angry. Its just weird that there are people that find racism in calling an owner, OWNER he owns a pro team and pays each player millions of dollars, who other than playing a game never has to work a day in his life unless he really wants to.

That line of thinking goes both ways. How do you think some of those older nfl owners feel when LBJ openly and blatantly are accused of having a slaver mentality. Maybe some do, but both the nfl player and owner benefit greatly from each other.

Look when Kaep came out and sat for the anthem, and gave his reasons, I supported him openly when discussion took place on jazzfanz, and felt that all of the backlash Kaep received showed racism is still a thing, just different. But saying we can’t call an owner an owner is a little over the top. Am I at some point going to have to call my work boss a governor too? You know, the guy that pays me for using my skills to serve them.

I’m pretty sure this article is BS anyway... the quotes were taken from some stupid crap Draymond Green said, surprise-surprise. Mark Cuban said Draymond should have to apologize for his stupidity basically.
