Fixing Donovan

Man, if this is what the fans are talking about in the forums of the team with the best record in the NBA I can only imagine what it going on in the Timberwolves forums...
Did you read my thread? I’ve been a Jazz fan from probably before you were born and as I said, I am very proud of their record but it doesn’t mean as much if you don’t win a championship. Maybe that’s not your mindset or maybe you are a millennial that just believes that the game is just to have fun and everyone’s a winner—I don’t know where you’re coming from but I’m coming from a Michael Jordan, Vince Lombardi, Tom Brady mentality and attitude that “winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.”

Think you may have taken that one on a little too personally my friend. I was commenting on the 6 pages of posts in this thread and not any one post in particular.

And for what’s worth, I went to my first Jazz game at the Salt Palace in 1986 :)

Tazz is right. Basketball is team game and imagin when u running up and down to the floor and someone taking 10 shoots in the row, you will be out of rhythm as well. Last game dm took 37 shoots lol. And add number of JC shoots, and conly and rest of team is out off ball

Nice! Another long term fan like me. I truly believe this team has a chance at a championship much like the Stockton/Malone teams of the mid and late 90s but only if we can play pure team ball and not hero ball.
Quin Snyder is a genius coach but I pity him trying to appease the many egos on the team—many of which are inherently selfish in nature.
