I didn't watch it as political speeches do nothing for me. From what I understand, it was mostly by the numbers, but sounded like he struck a unifying tone instead of placing blame anywhere.

Prices for stuff always relates to the use or need for the stuff. The value of money depends on the wage.

Deflation, that's a new one, in what sectors? Obviously not in real estate. I don't care if a TV price is lowered from $600 to $400 when the same $200,000 house 10 years ago costs $400,000 now.

He basically took credit for the 400 million vaccines that were already ordered by Trump. So lets give him a pat on the back for that. Not enough to break a rib though.

Took credit for a ton of stuff he has no business taking credit for. Was hilariously wrong about covid death #'s for like the 50th time. Lie, lie, lie, just like his predecessor.

Why not? He directed his party to get it done. We saw just this past year the effect of what a president can have when directs or distracts his party to other things. Biden easily could’ve diverted attention to consolidating his power and punishing his political opponents.

ask yourself which is more likely had trump won re-election, he would’ve signed a covid relief bill or would’ve been prosecuting his political opponents while watching too much teevee?

Biden deserves credit for delivering on campaign promises; solid legislation that provides covid relief, financial help to cities and states, and stimulus to re-start the economy.
 
Comparing Trump lies to Biden lies is like comparing a category 5 hurricane to a wind gust. Trump was non-stop lies. Every other word out of his mouth had to be parsed for truth. Still don't like that Biden feels the need to lie. And what's with him not having a press conference? ****ing man up, Biden!

Don’t get me wrong, Biden is a much better steward for getting us out of this, but scientists developing a vaccine and testing it with high efficacy rates is a landmark achievement and they are the reason there’s hope.

The government simply said ‘Do what you gotta do.’ Science carried us forward.

Yeah. Maybe there’s a misunderstanding here. No one has claimed that any politician invented the vaccine. But Biden and the Democrats deserve all the credit for passing covid legislation, empowering scientists, distributing the vaccine, and bringing stability to our society.
 
So did Biden talk about his tv ratings yet? Did he say that he knows more about everything than everyone else yet? Did he attack, mock or insult anyone? Any crazy ideas like injecting disinfectant? Did he attack the media that has been critical of him?
