We are talking about a 3d string PG here. Tinsley is a decent option there. McLeod is just an insurance - practice squad type of signing. Harris, Watson, and Tinsley is quite solid. Watson was a great back-up last year, and Harris, while no Deron, was still 15 and 7 guy last year, which is not bad at all for a starter. Tinsley for a 3d stringer is also just fine. We are solid at PG at the moment.
 
I would have loved to have a young talented PG in the mix this year but I think we will be solid at position.... welll at least until Harris goes down with his annual injury and misses over a dozen games.But when he is healthy can be quite effective.
 
Good to see KOC is now able to look past "character issues" and bring guys in strictly on the basis of their talent.... oh, wait.
 
Well now that we know Tinsley is the 3rd stringer I'm feeling a lot better about it.

Things looked pretty bleak when it was Tinsley and McLeod. Now that it's Watson and Tinsley, that's actually pretty good depth.

If Corbin can coach then this Jazz team should be a lot better than anyone expects. Lots of talent and depth at every position.

It was never Tinsley and McLeod (unless you're talking about on the Pacers 5 years ago). Mcleod is a (good) camp invite. Tinsley is a never-was piece of garbage.
 
Meh, no way he's worse than price or McLeod, he ought to make the team based on legit NBA experience alone.
 
I have to say that as much as i see some good to come from this choice, i am going to miss Price if he is not on the team. I know he is not the Best PG in the NBA, but he plays hard and he is just a good dude. He's loyal to the Jazz and he wants to be here.
 
Yep Price seemed like a good guy for sure and he had expressed his strong dislike for the "men" in jaundice on more then one occasion.

If we do keep 3 PG's, I have no idea if I'd prefer Tinsley or McLeod. I know people change and it would be a nice story if Tinsley made it, but to me he'll always be the guy who threatened to swing a dustpan during the Brawl at the Palace.
