That is such garbage. Israel is an inclusive nation with a sizable number of their citizens being of Arab descent. There are Palestinians on their Supreme Court and in their Legislature. One of the most prominent political parties in Israel is Balad, which is an Arab party that advocates for Arabs in Israel.

The Israeli government is taking care of their citizens, including their Arab citizens, because that is what a government is supposed to do. That interview of a traumatized Jewish soldier is so instructive, but you completely missed it. You will never see the reverse. You will never see a Palestinian who took part in the October 7 rapes and murders show that same sort of trauma. Instead the Palestinians celebrated.

You do not see the IDF building military infrastructure under hospitals. Hamas would see that target as a two-for-one bonus. Kindergartens in Israel put on school shows that dress the 5-year-old students as talking trees and forest animals while Gaza kindergartens put on school shows about stabbing and shooting Jews.

Israel isn’t obsessed with bloodlines. You are. Israeli government officials don’t go on and on about religious justifications. You do. Half of what you say is projection and the other half is just plain wrong. The only real way forward is to stop being obsessed with the past.

The only thing that will stop Biden from being reelected is Biden not being in the race.

The rules around voting have changed since 2020 in such a way that Republicans cannot win a national election. It isn't possible. It doesn't matter if Biden is down 20 points in the polls, he'll still win. The genius of what has been done is that Republicans cannot copy it due to the difference in population density in the areas of their support. Harvesting in urban centers and college campuses is simply more efficient than rural areas.

All your article proves that that young people are dumb, and we already knew that by every attempt to measure intellectual ability.

There is no rule that says that republicans cant get votes in urban centers silly. They choose to cater to rural areas. They dont have to though. No rule for that.

Biden is a Zionist. And being a Zionist will cost him among young voters. Just the way it is these days. Backing Israel, considering how they have chosen to wage this war, so many thousands of Palestinian children killed, cannot help our country’s standing in the world. We see what’s happening on campuses, it’s bound to be a problem for Biden among younger generations. But, long way to go till Nov., 2024.

Why not? What do they know about fascism? They do teach history in secondary education, but even the 20th century is ancient, and unrelatable, history to younger generations.

Red, you think fascism is riding a gold escalator. You've repeated many times that when you saw Trump ride the gold escalator you broke out your color chart to match up the gold colors and knew that Trump was a fascist.

The Gaza Palestinians may be the closest thing we have to actual fascism on the planet today, and you are completely blind to it. Is it the lack of gold escalators that is throwing you? This video on fascism was posted some time ago, and perhaps it was even posted by you. The conclusion was that fascism was about blood and soil.

Blood and soil is the story of Gaza. The concept of the Palestinian people was made up less than 100 years ago, but it was needed for the myth and so Arabs who lived there became “Palestinians”. The soil is the river to the sea. Arabs live all over the region, but to have the blood and soil there had to be specific people and specific land so Arabs and the broader Middle East wouldn’t do.

The kicker is that we even know how Arabs of the region became Palestinians fighting for the river to the sea. It was the Arab leader of Jerusalem who became infatuated with fascism in the 1930 and copied it. Apparently when living in actual Fascist Italy and working with real Nazis, they forgot to tell him to install gold escalators.

Correct, that’s exactly as it happened, not really my fault per se, and I’ll take insight when and where it’s found, and the passage of time certainly has not changed my mind.(But the original KKK may have been the first fascist organization of the modern era:. https://www.nybooks.com/online/2020/06/22/american-fascism-it-has-happened-here/) I have not studied Hamas at all, really, and don’t dispute what you’re saying. But, do believe the way Israel chose to wage the war was wrong. I don’t believe blanket killing of thousands of innocent Palestinian children is justified.

I don’t know why you presume what I know or don’t know. Keep in mind, you identified yourself as a troll a day or two ago, and though I’m not going to block you, I’m not obliged to take you seriously any longer.

That said, yes, fascism is very much about blood and soil. And Trump, skilled fear mongering demagogue that he is, knows that as well as anyone living. His rhetoric has been trending in the direction of “blood and soil”, so it’s good you point that out. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and he knows full well fascist sentiment is a best seller among his base.

I’m thinking Trumpified Christian nationalism is one ideological substrate supporting the development of an Americanized fascism. I do believe that is what is happening at this time. I believe fascist movements reflect ideas and beliefs particular to the society in which they arise, so we should try to recognize an Americanized fascism: carrying a cross, wrapped in Old Glory…..
