every time i see him shoot 3's with a flick of the wrist for a swish, i cringe

this is exactly the player we need (even more than Wesley Matthews)

to think, we could have easily had him instead of Gordon "babyface" Hayward

Yeah but that is the only player drafted after him that has turned out better so far.

I think Landry Fields would disagree.

Of course Eric Bledsoe was decent last year, and is a ghost now that the Clippers have Paul and Billups.

Not a whole lot of difference production-wise, really. I think we all are holding our breath for Gordon to become a superstar, which has been frustratingly slow to happen...

Hayward is a good team guy. I think of him as being like a Shane Battier with a handle. That said, I think Hayward is more effective as a SG where he can use his size to shoot and pass. Paul George has quite a bit of upside though. I thought the Jazz would pick him.

I like Paul George because he rebounds and plays defense.

Hayward could end up being better but he has to get his 3pt shot back.

Agree, NDY.
Hayward was looking like the steal of the draft after the all-star break last season. Lest we forget, he shot 49%/47% for the year. Can't ask for anything more, especially after his horrible start. This season his assists have tripled, with only an 8 min/per increase in minutes. So he has improved in other areas. I think his shot will come around eventually.

From #9 down, it looks like the best of the bunch will be Hayward, George, Fields and Bledsoe. No home runs, but KOC did a great job of avoiding players that many of us were high on and have been huge disappointments thus far.

Probably should add Ed Davis to the okay-players list.

You Hayward haters should all go climb into a clown car and drive out to sea.

I'm not a Hayward hater, im just jealous that we passed on a future all-star in George

George is exactly what we need at the 3 position.... length, outside shooting, and defense

Hayward is a tweener

I still think Babbit has a chance at being a pretty good pro. Blazers are just stacked at SF and he really can't play anywhere else.
