I guess you've done your best the past three moves. I had planned to shift my King to g4 (Kg4). Not as sweet as if my rook were still in position to produce a discovered check with a pawn move, but I think manageable.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this. This is the move I anticipated that you would make here, but I wanted some time to review the situation. When I explored this path before, I had a good response, but I forgot what it was. . . .lol. . . . . I mean, after I take your pawn with my pawn. . . . . going somewhere with my Rook now that both lanes are wide open.
