Heading home, wife driving. We can finish this about as fast as you please.

Without my chessboard equivalent for projecting your moves, because I did all that before and I remember it all.

I don't know if there is a book recapture or what it would be, but I preferred my responses to a potential Bg4 by you with my knight having made this capture, so I'm trying it out.

I think either recapture is good. On exd4 I was looking at Bg4 but I thought you were fine, just a different type game, still more of a King’s Indian. Now with Nxd4 we’re getting really close to transposing into an e4 game with the Sicilian dragon variation, i.e., if your pawn gets to e4 and your bishop was on e3 we would be in the Sicilian.

Here I’m playing Qa5, pretending to get active on the queenside, but really hitting your pesky g5 bishop.

Yah you got it right. Still traveling, it was a turnaround run home, didn't get my computer back yet. Wife bought a new one . . . So I'm still on the mini.

Sometimes my posts don't get through, probably I for get some thing.

I have decided not to trader bishops, as a pawn is now worth more.

I agree trading bishops would be very bad for you. I think I still have the win assured even if you don't, but trading bishops would make it too easy.

Standard, predictable, but still useful move. The general rule is that rooks belong on open or semi-open files. Not a direct threat but at least it starts to apply some pressure.

Enough pressure that I'm advancing the pawn, forcing you to try a minority attack if you want to attack it.

This feels like the sort of move that can lead to trouble for me, though. I'm one move away from a pin on my knight. However, I didn't see any valuable moves for your knight in the immediate future.

I had looked at this position a week ago, and I think I was unhappy with the choice of having my King behind your advancing pawns. . .

Obviously, with my stated intent, I meant d6, not d4. I'm having to log in about every ten seconds in here. . .

So I just edited the post here.
