If we had to attach a scond to Sexton to move him, can you imagine how many firsts we will have to add to move Clarkson? This is good
Sexton is gone, now Collins and Clarkson
One down, two to go

No there isn’t.There is always a bright side.
The second round pick is five years awayI don’t get this at all. If Sexton really had negative value, which really doesn’t make sense, then just keep him. Giving a pick to move him for another vet who is an absolute bum is so dumb,
For what?Still need front court depth.
I think they end up keeping Clarkson and just buy him out at the deadline. If we had to attach a scond to Sexton to move him, can you imagine how many firsts we will have to add to move Clarkson?
Then it appears he’s edited his post twice (back to 2030, from 2031, from 2030).It’s been confirmed it’s 2030.
I like Sexton too but if he plays zero defense and we are stockpiled at undersized guards it may be OKRegardless of the rationale and whether/how it was justified, this sucks. Sexton was fun to watch and was one of the few guys who put his whole heart and soul into to every minute of every game.
It's makes 100% sense imo.If this heralds some Kessler for Reaves trade then it becomes so much worse…
And it really doesn’t make sense whatsoever unless there are other moves planned…
Don't include the pick at least. Sheesh.Sexton had to be dealt. Just have to accept that Sexton doesn't have value, which the FO has been unable to do. Kudos to Austin for accepting reality and doing what had to be done
So you think this trade makes or breaks (aka moves the needle a bunch) the jazz?Your takes have been awful on this imo. It's a move that had to be done
Apples and oranges. The Favors trade was really painful but at least it made sense.Unless there is a bigger deal happening this is the worst trade we’ve done since the Favors salary dump.
