I’m rarely on here, except to check game threads, trade rumors, or things Jazz related. But after my app freaked out and Jason had me access it via Tapatalk, all threads were visible (not just Jazz related).
I was surprised to see politics threads, I happened to peek in, and sadly witnessed nearly all the voices chorusing the Orwellian 2 minutes hate orchestrated by our propagandists. In spite of my presenting avenues to escape the propaganda (and the subsequent anxiety and aforementioned hate) the NPCs clung to their TDS hysterics, ridiculing me for being too well informed. Reminds me of childish taunts, “quit studying Poindexter, or I’ll insult you.”

Why have a thread about politics if you admit you don’t know much and don’t actually want to know anything counter to the propaganda you’ve been trained to parrot?

To be expected I guess. That’s politics on JF. Very tribal. Whatevs. Best keep it to bread and circus for the plebeians, ie: basketball and Aussie bites for the former jocks.

I was driving home from fishing today and listening to sports talk radio (700am) and the two guys were both saying how they are confused by how certain people are triggered by Taylor Swift being shown at chiefs games rooting for her boyfriend.
Apparently she averages 25 seconds of screen time per game in a 3 hour game.
This is very upsetting to a certain segment of the population. They were being intentionally vague as to remain impartial and politically correct but they were poking fun at trumpers living in a different reality that the rest of us.

Then they brought up an OAN TV personalities (Allison Steinberg) take.
She believes that Joe Biden made Taylor Swift and Kelce date each as a deep state psy op to help him win the election.
She also said that kids shouldn't play sports because if they are playing sports then they can't focus on Jesus.

Lol. The mindset of a trumper is a strange one.

How focused on Jesus does the average kid need to be? My goodness.

I hope the kid doesn't focus too hard or they will see that Jesus was about acceptance and charity and helping out your fellow man and had a prostitute hanging out with him most of the time. That kid is going to have to find the right balance of focusing just enough but not dialing it in too far to see that MAGA is just about as far away from Jesus as a kid could get.
