yeah .. Gun Barrel. Bunch of times .. it's okay, barely. I know the owner pretty well and I still only give it about a 6.

I make my own rolls but not pickled ginger yet (or wasabi paste for that matter). My sushi looks like the Bride of Chuckie made it but it hits the spot all the same after a case of cheap beer. I'm going to make some for a couple of the local sushi artists just to hear them bitch about presentation. I plan on using Asian carp from Utah Lake too.

You do know that the ginger is there to cleanse your palate right? Thats what the rookies do. It kills the flavor. I always laugh at the people who eat the ginger with there sushi.

Do you make you a pot of coffee at the cologne counter too?

Yeah i will have time then as well. I wont move away because there will be grandkids but I will deffinatly spend time in all those palces. Probably alot of time with my muslim friend Mo. We have done Vegas, Memphis and LA. After a while I am sure we will expand.

says who? i seen so many japanese people eating that with sushi,and its a very common side dish,they eat with other food as well

I guess if you like it, but seriously that is what it was meant for.
