I am from po dunk white trash hillybilly Utah. I lived all over Honduras. Comayaguela, Catacams, Siquatapeque, Jesus de Otoro, Guimaca...

I served a mission in Texas so I met a bunch of people from all kinds of different Spanish speaking countries. Have you ever had a puposa they are from Salvador but they are the bomb diggety.

Holy **** those are so good. In my mission half the missionaries were from Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. So we got a healthy mix of all that.

I love Papusas. Eggs and chorizo, beans and rice, meat and cheese, beans and cheese, eggs and beans, meat and rice...

trick is they need to be fresh there is a place in Ogden called El Nuevo Amanicer they have so so papusas.

Oh yeah fresh made is the only way to go. There is a central american restaurant in St george that I go to get them. They are ok there. I have had better but I have had worse to.

What the hell happened to this thread? I thought it was about me. meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee darn it... meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Are you a papusa? No? Then piss off ya ******. papusas > you

i did that. it didn't come up

it says did you mean pupusa

That's it. I thought the name looked off.

I highly recommend a well made pupusa. All those juices and seasonings are trapped inside. Damn they are good.

Ill remember the name and will try one later in life. Where do I get one?

Other then homemade (my attempts have been so disasterous that I stopped attempting) at a hispanic, preferably central american, restaurant.

Edit: Try
Las Palmeras Restaurant

St. George is not exactly a great spot for restaurants and particularly Mexican. Have you eaten at Pepper's Cantina in Bloomington? If you can handle spicy, their spicy salsa is straight awesome.

No it is not but I work with what I am given. I have never eaten in the Bloomington area in my life.

Papusa is to burrito what cow tongue is to tenderloin.
You don't call guano bat **** if you want to sell it out of your unrefrigerated taco cart on main street in 120 degree weather.

Papooooosah!

Well you do not not make it with the crap ingrediantes that they have where it originated from. Use better ingredients and it is awesome
