What's new

Following potential 2017 draftees...

After going 1-7 today, Malik Monk now 35% FGs since the beginning of February. He is 39% from 3 during the same stretch, however, so a silver lining.

It looks like Rabb could fall to us. If he wasn't a good defender I'd be 'meh' on him but he can stretch the floor, rebound and defend - and I think he's going to be a legit PF once he gains 20 pounds.

Duke beats North Carolina to advance to the ACC Championship. Everyone played pretty good. Kennard with 20 points on 7 shots. That makes four 20+ point games in a row now.

Starting to think Deonte Burton could be an NBA prospect. He's streaky, but has a nice feel offensively - can score inside and out, with decent size as a SF.

I hope Minnesota keeps winning. If they move up in the lottery we're screwed. If they get Monk, Fox, Issac or Markkanen, we're probably screwed. Crap, even Robert Williams is going to be a problem.

Cameron Oliver was spectacular in a 2nd half comeback that turned into an onslaught. 27pts 5/7 from 3 (up to 39% on the season) 3 blocks 3 steals 7 boards. He's a bit of a ball of lightning at the PF spot, I don't see why he'd be outside of the top-40..

Semi Ojeleye also went ballistic 36pts on 19 FGA's 12 boards and SMU needed all of em to stave off a furious comeback from ECU.

So many headline type performances yesterday.

Tatum/Allen/Kennard strike again. Harry Giles with one of his best college performances yet. IF that wasn't proof that he could be more productive, they just don't give him minutes, IDK what is.

UCLA was Ice cold from 3 vs UA. MArkkanen and Trier keep it rolling.

Jacob Evans is a stud. He puts up ~20 points with regularity on just a few FGA's while contributing defense and passing too.

DJ Wilson of Michigan with 26 pts 8 boards and 3blks, great performance!!

Also solid game from Justin Patton yesterday. 21 pts on 10/13 from the field. Up to 69% from the field on the season.

It's funny. DX's profile pic of him is the wrong Deonte Burton. They've got the pic of the one from Nevada a few years back...

He's not draftable, doesn't mean he isn't an NBA prospect just gotta root for him to sign with the SL team/D-league affiliate. turns 24 in the middle of next season.

Brian Bowen took an unofficial visit to ****ing DePaul yesterday.. LOL.. I hope it happens that'd be an epic upset.

I can't figure why UK isn't involved with him, he'd fit the role that Devin Booker played off the bench... They should be pulling out all the stunts.. Clearly an NBA talent, at 6'7 he's a true triple threat with advanced skills and a really nice shot.

Check this out. Reminds me of Norman Powell, he'd be a great 2nd rd pick IMO.
