Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Javon had good production (18.6pts/5.6ast/4.1reb) on good efficiency (58%TS) as the only player who could do anything with the ball at West Virginia. He led them to a 0.500 record in the big 12 basically by himself.

If you look at the time he played with Tucker Devries before Devries got hurt his efficiency is even better (62.75% TS) and it was against mostly good competition (Gonzaga, Georgetown, Arizona, Louisville)

Washington wanting to move up feels like a competition for Ace with the Nets and NOP. That leaves 3 teams that could potentially move down to 6.

What would Philly, Hornets, and Jazz need to move down from 3, 4, and 5 respectively?

I think if Ace is there, we take him and have a bidding war with NOP, Nets, and Wizards to see who gives up the most for him and then take the BPA between Fears, Kon, Kasparas, and Maluach.

Let's say 1-4 is Flagg/Harper/VJ/Kon, then Utah trades 5 to New Orleans. NOLA takes Ace at 5, then Washington takes either Tre/Malauch/Fears. If Fears is the real target, that would be kind of scary because I'm not sure which way Washington would go at 6.
Imagine if the jazz could work a swap trade thst would net the jazz either trey Murphy III or herb Jones out of it.

NOP probably offers 7 and a player.

Trey Murphy
Herbert Jones
Missi (if you have a Walker Kessler trade lined up)
Hawkins (meh)

All 4 guys have some intrigue.

I might be interested in 7 plus a future unprotected. NOP are going to do their thing. Its like trading with the Kangz. Better of their 2 x 2026 picks?

There’s a Harden comp now? I think Tre is a great prospect, but he’s got some of the dumbest fans lol.
No. James Hansen the hoops nerd who is truly the worst has taken up the SGA comp.
