It is clear from top 5 man unit that team is better with Kanter-favors than anything involves Gobert. That does not matter my friends because Gobert gets blocks so they are automatically better.

Max contracts are going to be HUGE with the new TV deal. The advantage to locking someone up vs. matching a contract is you can give them that 5th year, I believe. It's a couple of years away, but maybe the Jazz should see if Gobert would sign at a bit of a discount: $80M/5 years. If he continues to improve at this rate, I fully expect someone to go $80M/4 as a RFA. Lakers went with a max deal for Hibbert, which Indiana matched. Rudy isn't the physical beast Roy is, but he'll be even better in many other ways.
Of course all of this assumes Gobert is making leaps in his abilities every year just like he did from year 1 to year 2. Way too early to tell, but given his amazing attitude, it won't be for lack of effort if he doesn't. I don't see him reading French novels during the summer and working on his tan on the Riviera. Or at least if he does, he'll also be playing a lot of basketball as well.

Hard not to like Gobert. He still seems to go to the wrong spots on O a bit, but the motor + confidence + length is fun. It'd be interesting to see if he can play at that level for 24+ minutes a game consistently.

Gobert, Favors/Kanter, Hayward and Exum. That's the future for this team as early as next year. Need another wing that's a lights out shooter., and it can come from either the 2 or the 3 with Hayward's versatility.
Either of Matthews/Carroll would both be nice to bring back. Burks can start until they get that piece, but then you sort out your rotations based on matchups. Hood can be a scorer off the bench as he develops and Booker can be a mercenary (unless he ends up in a trade at some point.) I don't know what to do with Burke yet, but Exum is the future and Trey is going to get bumped at some point. I'm excited about Neto, so I'd be alright with them bringing Neto over and trading Burke in an effort to get some value if they can. It's going to be very interesting to see what they do in the upcoming draft. They can draft the best player available at any spot and just work them into the rotation at their pace.
Gobert developing into a solid starter would be HUGE for this rebuild.

Unfortunately, we're not going to have the cap space to make an offer to a player like Matthews and maybe not to Carroll, either. Looks like the MLE is about all we'll have - unless the Jazz get rid of Kanter, don't pick up Booker's option and manage to trade Novak.
It may very well come down to who the Jazz get in the draft. Get a big and either Kanter or Booker is likely gone. Draft a wing and we don't need to go after one in free agency. And then there is the question of Kanter as an RFA. If Enes DOES sign an offer from another team, I hope he does it early in the process so the Jazz can make a quick decision and then go after other FA's if they decide not to match.

What is Foye up to nowadays? More time for Gobert and Exum means we can start looking at undersized defensive liabilities that can shoot lights out. You might even get Jimmer for a cheeseburger and fries. . .

I'm not sure how to make the money work with the cap hold for Enes Kanter, but I'd like them to target DeMarre Carroll for a return this offseason. Wish they'd never have let him leave in the first place. He's got size, has improved his shooting and has great perimeter defense. Plus, he's a Quin Snyder guy. Can't overstate the importance of that. I think that he'd be the perfect team player to add to the wing rotation.
Add another big in the draft (which seems fairly strong this year) and have that player fill Booker's spot. I really like all three of our main bigs, but the trick is figuring how to play them together effectively.
And even if he's not ready yet, I'd give Dante a chance to start some games at the end of this season. If he plays well, it's his job moving forward. . . if he struggles, it's just a developmental year and he needs to build his body and game in the offseason so he's more ready next year.

I am not ready to give up on Burks or Hood yet. However, I think Trey and Kanter should be packaged to get another solid vet. I like Kanter's offensive ability but if he is still not running plays then he needs to go. I would rather keep him but the Jazz are thin in the front court so they need to go big in the draft if they trade him or aren't going to re-sign him.
