GSW Draft Pick Watch

I hope our players are taking this as personally as we are. **** the Warriors. I hope we go to Oakland -- twice a year for the rest of eternity -- and take a massive dump right at center court.

I also hope when they try to trade picks in the future the opposing GMs tell them to bend over and shove it.

Or they are starting 3 rookies, 1 dleague player, and a scrub. Jeremy Tyler shot 7 FT's, he is a bad FT shooter. The Jazz have shot around 50% from the FT line when Favors has had high attempts and poor shooting.

Players aren't tanking, they just flat out suck.

So jacking threes with 18 seconds on the clock multiple times a game does not seem fishy? I mean The least Jackson could do is reign them in and make them play BASKETBALL! Im whining and I get that and you can point that out, really dont give a ****. Sitting Lee is insane; its a pure tank move. Nobody ever expected curry or bogut back so you try to throw that out there really does nothing to sway me from thinking that this is the biggest tank job in NBA history. Its not just fans on jazz boards stating this, media is on this as well. Oh not to mention the owner has stated as much. Yep Mr. lacob you sure "worked on getting your pick back".

I think people are just overreacting to a terrible team. They aren't tanking anymore than any other bad team is currently doing. They just have worse players.

I agree with Torbin.

I don't think they are intentionally tanking. I can't imagine the GS GM telling Mark Jackson to try and lose. How unprofessional would that be?. It would put Mark in a tuff spot. I also don't think Mark would tell his players to try and lose. It would send a bad message. The GM might have made some moves that would indicate tanking, but that's perfectly in his right to do so, and its his job to. He shouldn't have to set his team up the way he don't want to. Everyone below him should just focus on winning.

But then again, I could be wrong. The patriot and Saints did some shady stuff, maybe its possible.

They're holding out David Lee, Stephen Curry and even Nate Robinson in a concerted effort to lose as many games as possible. They're tanking to try to get a pick this year.

Curry is having ankle surgery. Lee may or not be a sign of tanking, or just not risking injury (he have positive xrays for a groin strain) to one of your franchise players. Can't really blame them.

I live in the Bay Area. They're tanking and everyone in the league knows it. Even casual fans are talking about it. It used to be that they would stop running plays and playing defense in the 4th quarter. After the unexpected blowout win agains Denver, they've been slacking in the 2nd quarter. It's been hidden behind their tough schedule the last few games, but watch what happens when they play the T'wolves who have lost 12 out of 13 without Kevin Love. That's the acid test.

Also, rumor is that Curry could play, but he's being held out. Given his injury history and the fact that this season is lost, that's understandable.

Somehow I doubt that. I mean, if he could play, why is he getting surgery done? Unless the surgery is a ruse to cover the fact that they are tanking, which would just be overboard.

Even without Kevin Love, they still have 10x the talent. They have two #2 overall picks in Dwill and Beasley, along with a really good center in Peclovic, a PG with championship experience, and a whole host of lottery pick players.

Golden State's only chance of winning is teams playing to their level and hoping for them to have a lucky shooting night.

It's obvious they are tanking. I also live near enough to Warrior country... everybody wants it, the owner basically promised it, they are tanking with reckless abandon. Denying it is silly.

GS can't even get a shot off late in games. Every game I have watched on my phone the last 2 weeks, they have more TO than shot attempts in the last 2 minutes.
