Agree to disagree I guess. I think Hayward comes down to about 34 minutes per game or so.I doubt they are going to play Hayward less to that extent.
That's two minutes less per game. I would guess that an average possession is about 15 seconds long or so (if you factor in fast breaks and end of quarter possesions with very little time on the clock).
That would be 8 less possessions per game. (Of course I have no idea how long the average possession really is)
Even using the max time of a possesion (24 seconds) he would still be on the court for like 5 less possessions per game.
I expect less close games next year so he would play less minutes for that reason too (along with the more depth reason)
