This one isn't terrible, IMO. The ONLY way you can pull this off, though, is if you commit to black and gold as actual franchise colors, not just some random black and gold uniform. Even then, I'm not totally sure how I feel about it. The other black jerseys you posted are nu-metal ****ing garbage.

But then again, I've always been a complete sucker for the Saints' uniforms.
 
These jerseys just remind me of the Al Jefferson era because thats when they started. I just dont want to look at them anymore.

The Jazz should explore using a bluer-violet color and GOLD (not ****ing YELLOW) with green as a secondary color. The format of the current jerseys is cool, but I think making primary road jerseys a blue/violet with gold side-panels and trimming in white and green would be pretty cool for the primary away jerseys.

I've always hated that the side-panels on the current home jerseys (navy) are much darker than the numbers (whatever that green is, where the numbers wash-out in a sense), and that italicized font on the top of the *** crack is just dumb. If the side panels were gold, then that green looks much better. Or you just do the numbers in that blue/violet. I think that actually would look pretty sharp.

For an alternate, you could simply revisit the 2010/New Orleans throwback and change a few things (the yellow to gold change, maybe do the formatting of the other jerseys, though the Adidas-style striping might be better to stick with).

I don't disagree with Hack's premise that this jersey-era has been something of an unmitigated disaster, so... maybe the idea has a little merit from that perspective.

Can get on board with all but the last line.
 
Fun fact: the previous jersey era started with Boozer's arrival and ended with Boozer's departure. This little stat applies to no other player.
 
I really like the green and yellow alts from a few years back.

I'd like them to bring back the old-school purple uniforms for a retro thing.

My problem with the current green uniforms is the navy side panels. Like numberica, I think they could explore gold, ditch navy.
