Probably Cleveland telling folks that they have a deal for Kanter on the table for #1, trying to drive up value.

Well, maybe not probably. But, that makes as much sense as trading Kanter for anyone in this draft.

Bennett is likely to slide to 8 or 9 first of all. Zeller seems to have gotten ahead of him on several draft boards.

He's more an undersized PF than a Power-3. It's risky. He needs to stay as light as he can.

If this is for real, the only explanation I have would be that the Jazz see Kanter and Favors as somewhat redundant, and Kanter being more easy to replace.

For example, what if we came out of this draft with Noel and Zeller?
