Everyone develops at their own pace. Exum was kind of a question mark during the draft. The Jazz took a gamble, but I really think its going to pay off for them. Anytime there is a up and coming new talent into the NBA, everyone is quick to try and make a comparison to another player. (Naturally) I think Exum is a player that is hard to evaluate. Some may see him as soft. He's 19 years old, doesn't have the confidence he needs to go to the next level yet. Not every 19 year old develops at the same rate. He's gonna be a damn good PG in the league. Who care's what other people think?
