Most underused good players not named Otto Porter?

Adreian Payne is buried extremely deep on the Hawks bench. Too many talented bigs in front of him. I'm guessing they'd hold onto him as insurance in case they can't retain Millsap, but, yeah.
 
I still believe in Archie Goodwin. He's behind Dragic, Bledsoe, Thomas and Gerald Green in the Suns' rotation.

I can't count Vonleh or Payne. As rookies with little experience, we have no idea if they're good. Some of these other guys being mentioned though have shown solid talent.

I think both guys could be had cheap... Sad thing is I think both would be starting for our depleted roster right now. I would prefer Bullock... seems like a potential 3 and D guy. He hasn't played because Doc doesn't know you can play guys who are under the age of 30.
 
Payne was also hurt to start the year... I think he is a buy low guy. Really liked him out of the draft last year.
 
CJ McCollum... combo guard of the bench could be good.
