I'm also sort of confused, as Marc Stein tweeted before that Dallas is working with OKC to get draft compensation so that they can close the Gafford deal, and now they send out a FRP to get PJ?

So far all the bottom of the play-in contenders in the West have done nothing besides Utah (well Houston did trade for a guy who cant play this year).

I thought Houston/LA/GSW would make a move to clearly get better.
