They just need to come up with a way to test for weed that determines a somewhat accurate timeline for when it was last used.

I'm fine with my company not allowing me to partake of the herb before or during work and I would be ok with them testing for that.
I think it should be ok to toke up after work in my own home though and then wake up sober and head off to work. Just like I can do with alcohol
