I'm going to use PhpBB for the forum (I can't afford vBulletin), WAMP for all my database stuff, hosting is taken care of, and I've got a few ideas for names. Probably OurUtes.com

I'd actually recommend SMF over phpBB... for whatever that's worth.

Anyway, I'm going with UteRedzone. If I get any time this week I'll try and start getting the forum configured.
