I'd go higher than most here and offer two years with a team option for a third. Frontload it. 20M per.
Maybe four years with a team option after the second (can we even do that?) at 17M per. Again, frontload it.
Edit: I go back and forth on this, specifically how teams perceive Hill and how they'll factor his age and injuries into it. The numbers above are slightly lower than I originally put.
Edit 2: Lowered that figure again. I don't think those in NBA circles really look at Hill as a difference maker. He makes just 8M this year?
