Would you trade Gobert for #1 Draft Pick?

Probably not, but neither does Gobert so....
So might as well keep the guy who we already know is quite good and has allot of value

I'm tired of waiting until next year or waiting until the year after.

Why can't we just make a few key acquisitions and compete now? When our best players are in their primes? Trade away Gobert now and you're basically trading away Hayward and Favors too. They're not going to stick around 2+ seasons waiting for talent to develop.

This year was the year for us to compete. We've failed thus far to do so. And the bulk of the blame lies with DL. We had to address our PG and 3 pt shooting issues. Neither were addressed.

Should've unloaded Burke. And should've shopped Alec.

Well, we're going to have to wait. Unfortunately, injuries have done us in so far this season. Everyone's caveat was "if we stay healthy", and we didn't. It ****ing sucks.

If by "compete" you mean for a chip, you're kidding yourself. If by "compete" you mean for a playoff spot, well we are. There's still 27 games to play, bitches.

Excellent post. Common sense at last

You would fail running a business because that is what the NBA is. The fact that you said you wouldn't trade him pre injury Kobe shows this BIGTIME

Where's the loyalty? Trade Gobert -- that is ridiculous. Yes, Rudy is having problems this year but it's way too early to give up on him. Plus Rudy provides great leadership and chemistry to the team. Players like that, like Ingles and Booker, two other examples, have a value that outweighs their contributions on the court.

Also, these are guys the fans like and are easy to root for. Would you like to trade Rudy for Carmelo, for instance, or even Kobe before he was injured. Hell no -- no one wants to root for a ********.

I wouldn't trade him. He's slumping now, but he was trending up with a double/double average for awhile there. I personally think that's more in line with his potential. Combine that with him being the team's elite defensive anchor, and I think he's special. I don't trade him for anything less than a young, Alpha scorer. . . and the Jazz potentially have that guy in Hood.

I want to see what the team can be before trading anyone of gobert favors Hayward hoof and Exum.

Bryant didn't rape that girl. Did you not know they had 4 different ***** up in her? That was just a woman trying to get paid.

That was the story they fed the public. But the Raper admitted having sex with her, didn't he? And he was after all, married. Nice guy, eh? He's a rapist in my book until proven otherwise.

I love Rudy on the Jazz, but yes I would trade him for the #1 pick. Rudy is talented and a game changer, but there are too many games where the other teams adjustments make him ineffective or even a liability. Small ball is taking over and talent and versatility are both important. Rudy is talented, but his game is not very versatile.

Hood officially now has a fused foot no one knew about. Hoof shall forever be his name.
