So really the only reason I pointed that out was because it was on my mind after a big discussion in my family over dinner one night due to my 12 year old's english assignment. It was kind of funny hearing what everyone thought was the right way to use "whom", then everyone trying to find ways to use it the rest of the dinner, so it kind of stuck.

My understanding is that, even with foggy memories, people know the difference between when they have consented and when they have been raped.
