Okay, I guess KOC can add Trader Joes to his FA pitch.
Seriously though, I would not under any circumstances want to end up in San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Milaukee, Indianapolis, or Cleveland. Sacramento is also quite lame. Phoenix is like a hot dusty parking lot. Orlando is lame.
You are crazy. 1.5 acres in Utah is going to run you $500,000 approx here in Utah. In a nice SLC neighborhood, 1.5 acres doesn't exist. This house would be a steal at $700,000. 8,000 sq foot house at $700,000 would be less than $100/sq ft.
Considering houses in that neighborhood go for 2-300 sq ft, the price is pretty right on.
Far less than asking price. Not far less than 700K moran.
Considering houses half that size in Sugarhouse go for ~1 million, I'd say the price is perfectly reasonable.
In case anybody's wondering, I bought it today. Will post pics later.
Having lived in Brooklyn for 3 years, and spending a lot of time in Manhattan I can assure you beautiful girls in NYC are few and far between.
Link? I want to see a house around 4,250 square feet, and just 0.75 acres, that went for 1,125M.
