Did Melanie Trump copy Michelle Obama's speech?

Being serious.
If any of us sat through major business deals we would leave with a true respect for his business acumen.

Now, the fact he has said so many things that have hurt his long term value for the sake of short term gain makes me question his political sense. Greatly.

But you guys (all of you) that truly think he is some mouth-breather... Well, I'll be nice and say nothing.

I'd hope he can talk business. It's what he's done for his entire life. Just like Deion Sanders can talk football. That doesn't mean he doesn't say dumbass **** and isn't a completely ignorant moron otherwise.

#Wut

The part he copied is the "just words" schtick, not the quoting of famous people.

I legit have no idea what angle you are seeing this all from.
So he only copied two words from a speech?
Oooooohhhhhh, scandalous stuff bruh

Great post.

Interesting turn towards an emphasis on making America safe again from the Trump campaign. That goes over great with the old ladies at home watching NBC on their rabbit ears.

To review:

Someone posted that Obama video.

You said you don't think he copied anything.

I said he admitted he copied the other speech.

Then you became totally incoherent because somehow this all relates back to Melania, which in turn = Trump sucks.

I was literally just pointing out that Obama said he copied that dudes speech (not just the words, the entire theme and "schtick" of the speech). The only way I know this is they were talking about it on CNN yesterday.

Crazy how politics makes people go nuts. Even Fishbro isn't immune.

Lol
You must have lost your mind.
Right after the video was posted I said that it looked like he intentionally copied it and wanted people to recognize that.

You said that about the famous quotes. Which is pretty obvious.
So I will wait while you find a post of mine where I'm denying that obama copied that speech after the link to the video was posted.

shouldn't America be more concerned figuring out wtf the guy actually stands for than if he has lazy speechwriters ?

What he stands for should be a non-starter considering the **** he has gone on record saying. Who gives a **** what he stands for, the guy is a pig. The fact that there isn't more outrage about this pig means that we are going down as a country, I don't know how else to view it. BTW I feel nearly the same about Hillary.

Good little sheep saying baaa when prompted by your media gods..

By the way, I realize most of you dont like facts at all, but the speech Michele gave was in big part copied from a Hitler speech given in '44 I believe. Exact same words that Michele and Melania used. Same phrasing, same words...been said by tons of politicians over the years. Look it up, Michele cribbed from Hitler...well done...but hey, lets be sheep and spout nonsense cuz its hip.

It's Impossible that a poster of your caliber (I know who your main is) does not realize Trump did this on purpose.

You claim he says junk and then refutes what he says. It's purposeful. He's the type that believes any press is good press and he is doing a damn fine job creating it and then creating 10x more by explaining away what he actually meant while the liberal media is attacking him relentlessly and unfairly. That tactic is so damn obvious.

I do think some of his outrageous statements were made to keep him on the front page. He got millions of dollars in free press by that tactic. It kept him the leading story at a time when there were over a dozen candidates on the GOP side of the primaries. I think as a denizen of reality TV, he knew he could dominate the debates, which he must have realized were simply badly acted reality TV to begin with. I do believe he knew how to keep himself front and center. He manipulated the media like no other. He must have known they would go for his entertainment value and not act as a watchdog for the electorate.

I'm not sure any press is good press, even if he believes as much. Not sure the snub Cruz delivered last night is good press.

Really? Maybe it was a brilliant move on Trump's part. I watched the convention at my dad's house on NBC. It was amazing how manipulative the network was of the message the campaign was trying to convey. For example, they cut out of Gingrich's speech in the middle and went into a diatribe on how negative he was. It seems to me like they should have allowed him to communicate his own message to America rather than censoring him and replacing it with what they thought of his message.

After Pence's speech the commentator said something like, "Well, that was sure a disapointment. This convention is a complete mess. Trump and Pence didn't even hold hands and raise them above their heads and walk back and forth on the stage like you're supposed to do at a convention." Seriously? It will be interesting to see whether they cut off any of the keynote speeches at the DNC. I'm sure they will be thrilled when the candidates hold hands and walk back and forth after the VP speech because it's hard to imagine anyone could successfully lead the country if they don't do that.

So why was the Cruz moment a brilliant move on Trump's part? Because it's going to amp up the ratings for Trump's speech tonight to huge numbers, and there's no way NBC (or any media) will be able to cut away in the middle. I'll bet 100% of Ivanka's speech and Donald's speech are broadcast with almost no opportunity for the talking heads to attempt to diminish their message midstream. This was already going to be his biggest moment, by far, and the events that have led up to it are going to make it even bigger. It's going to be fascinating to see what happens tonight.
