Ric Bucher reporting Jazz have signed Randy Foye to a 1-year deal

Good thing he is on the jazz now. Whenever I played as the jazz against the clippers on 2K12 they would destroy me from downtown. Foye doing alot of the damage.

Facts SHMACTS. We want unbridled opinionated commentary.

Are you saying he's not good because he's black? Wtf? That was a low blow.

With those numbers I hope he almost exclusively shot 3s.
For his career, 1/3 of his attempts have been 3s. Last season, though, over half his attempts were 3s. Even so, his 2-pt% for last season was a mere 41%. His career 2-pt% is only 43.5% and his FTA/min is low, which suggests he is primarily a jumpshooter - a pity considering his stellar FT%.

Also has he ever played in a decent offensive system? He was probably taught incorrectly the game of basketball like Al was in Minnesota. He started his year with the clippers slow like Al did with the jazz his first year here, then Al improved as the year went on. Foye did the same with the Clippers. Sometimes the best thing for a player is to leave Minnesota if you know what I mean.

Foye is a shooting guard and a lot of teams were looking at Foye and it is nice to know he chose the Jazz over bigger market teams. Probably thinks he has a chance to start or be a 6th man off the bench.
