I say they should be 4 years at $10/$7 respectively but will be $12.5/$9.5 per year.
Until Paul George signs his contract we have no idea how much Hayward will get.
I have a feeling it will be outrageous and Hayward and Favors will ask for a ton. Than the Jazz will be willing to let the market set the value next summer.

Things could change but right now George's stock is way higher than Hayward's right now.

Hayward: 8 M. / year
Favors: 10 M. / year
I'd be happy if they agreed to those amounts. There's a good chance they're offered more and the Jazz have to match.I still say I'm comfortable with Hayward @10 per year and Favors @12 per year.
Worst case is you have a good 3rd man @10 per year (which is certainly reasonable) and a big defensive presence @12 per year (also way reasonable). Then you have enough money to sign a max FA (if you feel so inclined and there is one that is good enough to put the team over the hump) or enough money to extend Burks and Kanter and sign a mid-priced role player.

When has that happened? It sounds nice in theory but it doesn't take much for us to not matter. Players would rather go play in Milwaukee.
