My sorta optimistic thoughts on Hayward:
While he looks absolutely brutal and lost out there, I still see good basketball skills in him. I'm not certain he should have been starting now. Maybe he should come off the bench and see what he can do from there. He needs to gain some confidence from somewhere, but (and this may just be wishful thinking) I feel that if he can get that one or two good games in a row then he'll be ok. That being said, I agree with what bill said in another thread. If his shot never comes, he's done for in this league.
