Al for one and one for Al.
I would like to sign or get by trade Dragic. Martin is questionable, both because he is injury-prone and one-dimensional. I wasn't thinking of him being third-string but sharing minutes. In such a scenario, we'd probably need to release Watson or not re-sign Tinsley, and use Burks as third-string PG in addition to playing SG. Imagine having both Korver and Martin on the team as shooters though, both coming off the bench. It's probably not the best we can get for Al and Devin, though.
So far as AK, look at what Boris Diaw is doing for the Spurs, and AK is probably better than Diaw, though they are pretty close as players. I see AK in a similar role with the Jazz, mainly as a defender and rebounder, with better playmaking skills -- Diaw is probably a better rebounder because he is stronger.
If we don't sign AK or a player like him, then we might want to stick with Al and more minutes for Millsap at the 3.
Jefferson and next years 1st rounder (top 5 protection just in case) for Okafor and the later of New Orleans lottery picks.
Utah does it too get a lottery pick and improve defense.
New Orleans does it too give their team legitimate offense. Also Jefferson makes a good pair if they land Davis. Also, rids them of the extra year that is Okafor's contract, allowing them to potentially sign some big name FA's in 2013. Also, they get an extra 1st rounder next year to compensate for the loss of this years.

Most realistic are the more or less straight swaps of Iggy/Martin. The Okafor/Varejeo/Biedrins/Gordon type deals all come with baggage, but aren't inconceivable if the sweeteners are right. Other possibility not mentioned might be Maggette.
Realistically, I don't think any of these deals are better than letting Al expire. But if you catch the right GM on the right day, you never know.

Jefferson for Okafur is on my short list.
With varying degrees of plausibility/excitement here are a few others:
Jefferson to Cleveland for Anderson Varejao and a pick - Cleveland deparately needs scoring.. My guess is they'd rather have Jefferson for one year than try to resign Antawn Jamison. And by the time they get good again Varejao would probably be too old to contribute. A Favors/Varejao front court would be almost as good as Favors/Okafur
Jefferson to Detroit for Ben Gordon - Detroit is bottom tier team that is paying Gordon 13 mil to split SG minutes. Detroit has 20+ mil tied up in Gordon and Villanueva in 2013-14. They'd probably love to get rid of one if not both of them. Detriot gets an expiring and The Jazz get a legit 3 point shooter with a rep as a clutch shooter and a proven playoff performer (unlike Kevin Martin)
Jefferson to GS for Andres Biedrins and Brandon Rush (sign/trade). GSW has a **** load of money tied up in Bogut/Lee/Jefferson and Biedrins over the next two years. They risk going way, way over the cap matching Curry when he's an RFA after next year. I'd rather have Lee than Biedrins; but I don't think that's realistic
Not only will we not trade Big Al, we will resign him when his deal runs out.
Insider info tells us that the Jazz are definitely looking to trade Al, maybe even for draft picks.
site your sources plz.
Why in the world would The Sixers trade Jefferson for AI? Sixers already have the most unathletic front court in the league with Hawes/Brand (Brand mostly because of chronic back injuries). They'll be playing in slow motion with Big Al added to that mix.
I put forth the AJ for Martin trade last year; but the more I think about it, the less I like it. K-Mart is essentially the Al Jefferson of shooting guards. Always puts up big numbers for losers - never seems like he's quite into it. Not to mention Martin's percentages are not that good - his big numbers come with big volume shooting.

I'll start:
Big Al for Iguadola, if it's possible. Iggy would be a great SF to have.
...did you see what Iguadola is doing to the Celtics? No way they trade him for big Al or anybody on the Jazz!
