Favors Expected to Make Decision on Monday

How badly does the LDS church want Jabari to come here and lead us to the promised land? Is that even a factor?

Sorry but the Jabari thing is just...just....get over it. He isn’t that great, is a compete unknown, and isn’t that exciting of an addition.

As for Favs, guess we should know soon.

with tobias harris not in the picture, derrick favors is basically as good as we can do.

I'd be okay with a fat 1yr contract, as well as a not-so-fat multiyear so long as he can work on that range.

With this said, if I'm Atlanta i'm honestly throwing a massive contract his way. He really is the sort of player who fits most teams.

Not too many guys who can put up over 20 PPG. And he's only 23 years old. If he excelled he could be our championship piece.

No.
I don't trust 2 things with Jabari and religion has nothing to do with this decision and shouldn't.
I don't trust he won't have another injury.
I don't trust he will play good enough defense.
In that order. I have trust in our coaches that they can get some defense out of him if he want to.

I don't think anyone cares. He could be a demon deacon in the Church of Satan and I wouldn't GAF as long as he can play D.

If Favors does re-sign with the Jazz today, I hope he shows back up in Utah later this week for Summer League. Fans will mob him and he’ll get some of that love that he’s looking for.
