And he's very athletic. Like verticality.
I would call it elite.
His newly found offense is a surprise. He's hitting 16 footers and sky hooks with regularity. Fools gold? Maybe.
he is an intriguing prospect in the late lottery.

So definitely looks like the draft might be almost a carbon copy of what happened last season: three at the top, and then good talent all the way through the top-10. Could even make it possible if the Jazz finish top-5 or so and want to put together a package to move up.I think Winslow and Hezonja definately belong in the conversation.
I've been pretty down on WCS offensively last season and was ready to write him off. I haven' really watched more than 10 min of live Kentucky basketball this year but his stats are impressive this year.
The obligatory disclaimer "I haven't seen enough, but from what I've seen...":
Last year's draft had series of players even in the second round that one can conceivably see developing into solid NBA starters. I think the coming draft is a notch(or several) below last years, but it seems to have good quality in the top 10 at least and what's more important to us it has great prospects in areas where we desperately need upgrades - it seems to be full of bigs who could all go before any of the bigs from last year(minus Embiid) - Towns, Okafor, WCS, Turner(I am not super high on him)... I think all of those are better prospects than Nurkic or McGary(the second and third Cs from last year's draft). Also Porzingis is interesting if we give up on Kanter and look for a stretch 4.
It also has some great perimeter defenders at the SG/SF position in Winslow and Johnson, contrasted with great defenders at the PG spot last year(Smart, Payton, and potentially Exum). In general I like what we can get at pretty much any position in the top 8.
About the 9-12 positions... depends on who falls to those. We are bound to have some surprises both going down and skyrocketing in value by the draft... I haven't seen Hezonja play this year, but from what I've read scouts say, he's behind schedule and he's not gelling well in team concepts. I don't really like Cliff Alexander much(undersized, no jumpshot). If we fall out of reach of the desired bigs/stretch 4s and perimeter defenders, I'd probably take a shot at the potential of Kevon Looney or D'Angelo Russell.
I am sorry to ask this question here, but I was wondering - does anybody remember if Giannis worked out for us?

More than 30 NBA guys here for this Gonzaga-Arizona game.
So I just recently bought into Tank II (or is it III?) who should I be watching in This game?
There will be risers and fallers just like last season. I guess the good news is that it looks like solid talent all the way down to #10. SO even if the Jazz make a nice improvement they should still pick up a very good player.Chris McCollough is an NBA athlete with excellent timing on blocks and steals, decent shooting touch and potential to add more strength and power to his game. He has decent IQ and makes good passes. He also rebounds well, though he'll need to add some size and strength. I think he's lottery talent and has less bust potential than Myles Turner.
He's kind of like what Jeremy Evans might be like if Evans gained 15 - 20 lbs and developed ball skills.
Towns' passing ability is boner inducing.

He has about two 'special' passes per game. He has incredible vision.
Just noticed this.
Okafor averages 27 minutes, Towns averages 18. Yet, Towns averages more FTA's per game (by a hair). FWIW.
Out of curiosity, who do you like more between Towns now and Kanter back when he was at Kentucky? If they were in college together, who would you have guessed had more potential?
Here are some per36 numbers just for fun. Too lazy to do more.
